Minoan Showroom is designed for properties serving guests in a hospitality setting – short term rentals, hotels, restaurants, you name it. If you have a space that sees guests on a regular basis, Minoan Showroom is for you.
No! Minoan Showroom is completely free for approved members. There’s no setup costs or monthly subscription fee. You can sign up and start setting up your Showroom today!
No! Minoan Showroom is designed to work seamlessly with Minoan’s Purchasing Platform however, and setting up a Showroom is much easier if you’ve purchased the items in your space through us. Since we have all the details of your items, you can easily add those items into a Showroom in just a few minutes. But if some (or all!) of your items weren’t purchased through Minoan, you can still set up and earn commissions from Minoan Showroom.
You can add both items that you purchased through Minoan, as well as items purchased outside of Minoan to your Showroom. You can even add items from brands that you aren’t able to purchase through Minoan, such as Amazon and Etsy!
Commissions are earned when a guest clicks on an item in your Showroom and makes a purchase from that brand. You will even earn a commission if a guest buys something from the brand that is not in your Showroom!
All items from Minoan partner brands are eligible for earning commissions, even if the items were not purchased through Minoan. Additionally, many brands that cannot be purchased through Minoan are also eligible for earning commissions. Every quarter, we will add up sales from your Showroom and pay out your commission. You will receive an email from us if you have earned commission in that quarter, and you will have the choice of receiving your commission amount instantly via Minoan credits or alternatively via direct deposit to your bank account.
Showroom setup depends on how big your property is and how many of the items in your property have been purchased through Minoan. Individual short term rentals and properties with most items purchased through Minoan can be set up in as little as 15 minutes.
We will send you a free Minoan Touchpoint upon publishing your Showroom, which is a physical QR code stand that guests can scan when they are in your property. We also recommend sharing your Showroom URL in guest communications, in your guidebook, on social media, and on your direct booking site.
